Delivery, Returns & Exchanges


All times are approximate, delays with postal services may occur and are out of our control. All parcels are dispatched via DHL. The approximate times are listed below.

Returns & Refunds

It is very important to us that you are happy with your purchase. All items are exchangeable/refundable within 14 days of your purchase. If of any reason you are not satisfied with our product, please send your item back to us along with your receipt and we will be happy to assist you. Please note that we will not accept worn, washed or damaged merchandise due to improper use. If there is a special circumstance, please contact us. Tracking number from your shipment is recommended as you are responsible for your shipment until we receive it. Once your return is received, inspected, and accepted, refunds will be made in the original form of payment.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please include a note with your order number, full name, email address, postal address, date of purchase and details of the return or exchange.

All parcels should be sent securely packaged via a recorded delivery method for security. We cannot be held responsible for lost parcels.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

IMPORTANT! Overseas customers please be sure to mark all returns as ‘returned goods’ to avoid incurring any customs charges. We will not collect returned parcels with customs charges to pay and they will be returned to you. If you have any concerns, please ask your local postal service for advice on filling out your customs form.

Unless there is a fault with the item the customer is liable for all return postage costs.

Failure to comply with these instructions may result in refusal or delay of your refund.
